At this level all humans are essentially the same. Art, can help connect people regardless of cultural, religious or economic differences. It is this belief that has inspired Omeed to share his artwork with the public. “I would like people to see beauty in my art, but realize it is not contained in the art. I would like to inspire people to see beauty in the everyday things of life.”

Omeed would also like to inspire people to pursue whatever it is they love to do. His years of pursuing calligraphic art have convinced him that becoming better at something is just as much about the journey as it is attaining proficiency. “This process is never done. By focus and dedication an artist becomes more adept at reflecting what is in the human heart, but it is a lifelong journey.”

The art of Omeed journeys on more than one path: to honor the rich history of Persian art, to be apart of its future, and to introduce this art to his western friends.
